With over 25 years British manufacturing experience, our Demon Heavy Duty Steel Security Doors have been designed to offer the very best in quality and strength at a competitive cost.
Fitted with unique fast fit frame, heavy duty security doors are guaranteed to save you valuable time when it comes to installation. They can incorporate the majority of mortice locks, being the best security doors if you have a particular one in mind.
In terms of lead time they are available on a 10 day lead time from order to delivery to your site. We try to ensure that we meet your delivery requirements as best as possible so if you have specific request it’ll normally not be a problem.
Fire Exit Doors
We supply a wide range of steel doors that can be fitted to existing applications or onto new buildings. Every door we supply is made to measure for your situation and we’ll advise you throughout the process of what is required.
A large range of hardware enables us to design your steel door to your own specification. Our personal doors come with differing levels of security from your basic sash lock, dead lock and Rim lock to 14 Point Multi Locking doors as well as code locks. We also provide Magnetic locks which can be connected to an electronic entry system.
Independently Tested
For a very high security door we also provide doors that have been independently tested to be either accredited to LPS 1175 or an ENV 1627 security level. These heavy duty doors are designed for properties that are at considerable risk of crime or have high value equipment/products inside.
Our standard Fire Rated doors come with a 4 hour fire rating which have gone through a rigorous independent test. We can also now supply the doors with glazing without reducing the 4 hour fire rating by using firelight/laminate glass. Another addition to the range has been our fire rated louvres which means you can have a ventilated door with a fire rating. These are ideal for fitting in plant rooms or substations.
2 Year Anti-Corrosion Guarantee
The doors are manufactured out of Zintec coated steel so as to prevent corrosion. We provide a 2 year anti-corrosion guarantee, providing they are ordered with a powder coat finish to further protect door against rust.

Ventilated Doors
For many applications such as Bin Stores, Substations, Plant Rooms and Boiler Rooms the doors will need to provide ventilation to the room.
Security Cares ventilated metal doors provide a low maintenance and more secure alternative to timber doors. All doors are bespoke manufactured to the sizes of your opening and can be customised in terms of locks / hardware as required.
We provide three different types of ventilated steel doors which provide various benefits. These are steel doors fitted with louvre panels, punched and fully louvred doors.
Louvre Panel: Key Features
Leaf manufactured from 1.2mm and frame from 1.5mm folded Zintec Anti Corrosion Steel. Fitted with an integral antic crow bar stip.
A cost effective choice which can be customised to suit. A variety of sized louvres can be fitted as well as locking options.
The doors can be upgraded to fire rated or to a security rating of LPS 1175 (SR1-SR3) if needed.

Punched: Key Features
Leaf manufactured from 1.5mm and frame from 1.5mm folded Zintec Anti Corrosion Steel. Fitted with an integral antic crow bar stip.
A cost effective and robust door which offers excellent security. Suitable for fitting to remote locations as well as substations, bin stores and Plant Rooms.
The punched louvres do provide less airflow than the other options.
Can be fitted with variety of hardware / locking options.

Fully Louvered: Key Features
Can be manufactured from either steel (fitted with a mid-rail) or more lightweight Aluminium (no mid-rail required).A premium door which provides maximum airflow to a room. Can also be supplied with Fully Louvered side & top panels.
Door provides 35% free air flow, whilst top & side panels give 50%. Ideal for Boiler or Plant Rooms with heavy machinery.
A variety of locking options are available as well as insect mesh as an extra to the inside of the louvres.

Sports Hall Doors
UK manufactured custom made doors designed to avoid injury to users of Sports Halls, manufactured to be finished flush with the walls of the building with rebound boards to provide a projection free face that eliminates sharp edges or corners, recessed ironmongery avoids accidental opening of the door or injury to the users.

Door Leaf available as single or double doors, flush faced 1.2mm zintec steel cassette with honeycombed core, 50mm thick, complete with steel Rebound Boards for a flush finish to surrounding walls.
Independently Tested
120mm deep frame made from 1.5mm thick Zintec steel with anti-crush reinforcement, doors fitted with easy fit adjustable screw in fittings and standard low profile threshold.
Fitted with grade 13 stainless steel Hinges complete with Dog Bolts (Hinge pins) available with weather, smoke and fire seals.
Range of door furniture available for either Fire Exit or Personnel Entry applications. Available with optional range of items, door closers, external override, door stays, magnetic locks, side and fixed top panels.
Available in grey prima for onsite painting or a range of standard powder coated finishes.

Security Care Ltd offers a range of Flood Protection Steel Doors, with Flood Ratings successfully tested to PAS1188-1:2014 up to a designated maximum water depth (DMWD) of 840mm, and Security Ratings successfully tested by the LPCB, and awaiting certification to LPS 1175 SR2-SR4.
Independently Tested
Fully Factory the assembled the leafs are constructed of Folded 1.5mm THK Zintec skins. Each fitted with an integral EPDM Flood seals, 3 hooked dog bolts to each leaf and Integral anti-pry to leading edge, with optional access hatch, independently locked for access in flood situations. As our doors are constructed from Steel this ensures that we do not compromise on security. Our door frames are constructed to a depth of 140mm, made from 80 x 60mm sections. Double doors are supplied with a removable centre mullion and are supplied fully welded.
Locking options include the full Mico Abryll range of single point locks Additional options also include Vision Panels above 1000mm FFL, Punched and bladed louvre cartridges available above 1000mm FFL, a range of stays and closers (TS83 and Z108 as standard) and external padlocking lock cover.
